Southwest corner of Arizona Ave.& Chandler Blvd. This site encompasses parts of three blocks. It is part of the gateway from the north leading into the central business district. The project is planned for mixed-use of urban-style residential townhomes, retail, restaurant and office uses with a parking structure. 

The developer for the project is Desert Viking.  The conceptual plan is to have approximately 60-70 townhomes with more than 200,000 square feet of commercial retail and office.

Timeline: The project is anticipated to begin construction at the beginning of 2006.
